1) Where applicable, physical documents or products may be dispatched or delivered through courier, postal services, or authorized logistics providers. Clients may also choose to collect the documents in person from our Head Office, subject to prior intimation and confirmation.
2) All services are delivered electronically through email, secure online platforms, government portals, or other digital communication channels, as applicable. The mode of service delivery may vary depending on the nature of the service, statutory requirements, and regulatory procedures.
3) Service delivery timelines depend on various factors, including but not limited to the scope of work, timely submission of accurate information and documents by the client, response time from government authorities, and third-party platform processing timelines. Estimated timelines are discussed and mutually agreed upon with the client prior to commencement of work.
4) BizExcel Solutions Private Limited and its venodr, Employee, Management, Partner, Associates etc shall not be held liable for delays arising due to factors beyond its control, including regulatory changes, technical issues on government portals, third-party dependencies, or delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client. By availing our services, the client acknowledges and accepts these delivery terms.
